Forthcoming Events in Basingbourne Park
Bat Walk – 9th September 2026 at 8pm
Meet at the pavilion at 8pm, wearing sturdy shoes and bring a torch. You will be shown how to use the bat detectors and what type of bats you are likely to find. Then there will be a walk around the park listening for bats and owls. Please let us know if you plan to attend so we can ensure we have enough bat detectors available.
Family Fun Run – Saturday 26th September at 2pm
Join us for our family fun run and complete 1km, 2km or 3km circuits!
Please let us know if you plan to attend. It’s free to enter, but voluntary donations are welcome!
We are in also need of some event volunteers, so please let us know if you can help with registrations, marshalling, refreshments or prize-giving.
